Hi my name is Cormac and welcome to the Sweet Escape. In todays blog I will be showing exactly where you should be travelling in your twenties with the “Top 5 Must-Visit Travel Destinations Before You Turn 30”.

5. London, England

London is the capital of England and it is an amazing city with an amazing atmosphere. London has so much to offer such as Camden Market, The London eye and historical sights such as Buckingham palace and London bridge to name a few.

One thing I personally enjoy about London is the food culture which takes inspiration from all over the world, this is due to it's various ethic groups which bring their culture to the city.

4. Edinburgh, Scotland

Edinburgh is a fantastic place to visit. Edinburgh is a historical city with many sights and attractions like Edinburgh castle, Arthur's Seat and various streets that look like they are straight from a Harry Potter book.

Edinburgh is also known for its Christmas market and it's summer festival which attracts many to the city.

3. Bangkok, Thailand

Bangkok is a must destination for anyone who loves there nightlife. Bangkok holds host some of the best clubs and beach parties in the world and due to this it has gained massive popularity  with younger people as a holiday destination.

Bangkok also is peaceful and has various temples that are open to the public and can offer a relaxing experience in contrast to the party reputation Bangkok has.

2. Galway, Ireland

Galway is known for its great music scene and its peaceful laid back lifestyle. Galway in my opinion is the most authentic irish cities and I would recommend visiting landmarks like Salthill and the infamous sisco (silent disco).

The reason Galway is so high on this list is because it is a very budget friendly city that has lots to offer for anyone who travels to city.

1. New York City, United States

New York City is one of the best places on earth and that is evident by the millions of visitors it gets every year.

New York has many sights and attractions like the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge. However what makes New York so special is the atmosphere which I can only describe as breathtaking.
